Capital Gas Ship Management Corp. seeks to employ a Spares/Stores Coordinator
Required qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of previous experience in similar position
- University degree / BSc in Shipping
- Very Good knowledge of English
- Computer Literate
Key Responsibilities:
- Reviewing the vessels requisition lists and securing approval from the responsible Manager
- Sending out inquiries for quotations to Suppliers
- Evaluating offers received from various suppliers
- Notifying the vessel and the agent
- Processing forwarding inquiries to various forwarders or agents, investigating cost, transit/clearance time at various ports
- Updating the budget report
- Opening orders and finalizing them on the basis of the giving D/A
