Capital Containers Shipmanagement Corp. seeks to employ a Crew Operator with the following qualifications:
- 2 years of professional experience in a similar crewing position
- Very good knowledge of crew certification and documentation
- Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken)
- Strong computer literacy (MS Office, crewing systems)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
The Crew Operator should be responsible for:
- Crew changes planning & arrangements
- Crew Certification check (STCW /MLC) / monitoring
- Travel / Visa / ticketing arrangements
- Implementation of company’s SMS
- Junior Officer / rating crew rotation plan
- Checking of ticket invoices / training invoices / manning agency fees
