Sales Support

Evergreen Shipping Agency Greece is seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Support to join its team in Piraeus.

The successful candidate will contribute to business growth, develop strong customer relationships, and support the company's commercial activities within the shipping and logistics sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Increase the company's clientele base and develop strong relationships with customers.
• Conduct sales visits and business development activities.
• Handle RFQs, tenders, and negotiate commercial terms with customers.
• Communicate effectively with HQ pricing teams and POL offices.
• Prepare contracts, reports, and monitor customer bookings and related back-office activities.

Requirements

• Previous experience in shipping, logistics, freight forwarding or sales will be considered an asset but is not mandatory.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent command of the English language.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• University degree.
