Technava S.A. is seeking a motivated and organized professional to join its team in Paleo Faliro and support commercial activities, customer requests, and day-to-day administrative operations :
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and follow up quotations for customers.
- Maintain and update customer and sales information in the ERP/CRM system.
- Process purchase orders, invoices, and other commercial documentation.
- Communicate with international manufacturers and suppliers regarding product availability, pricing, and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate shipments with freight forwarders and port agents to ensure timely deliveries.
- Support customer inquiries and assist the sales team with daily commercial activities.
- Ensure accurate record keeping and smooth administrative workflows.
Candidate Profile
- Recent graduate or junior professional interested in the maritime industry.
- A team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Previous experience in administration, customer service, sales support, or maritime operations will be considered an advantage.
Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Excellent command of Greek and English, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
