Credit Control Supervisor | Moschato Attica

As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a Credit Control Supervisor to join our Finance team.

This role plays an important part in the company’s financial operations, focusing on credit risk management, collections monitoring, cross-functional collaboration and the coordination of the Credit Control team.

What you will do:

• Manage and monitor customer balances.
• Assess the creditworthiness of new and existing customers.
• Manage overdue receivables.
• Collaborate with Commercial and Sales teams to support collection targets.
• Monitor KPIs and prepare reports on customer balances for Management.
• Coordinate and guide the team, supporting collaboration, task allocation and achievement of common goals.
• Contribute to process improvement and ensure the proper implementation of Credit Control policies.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in a similar Credit Control or Accounts Receivable role.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and experience with ERP systems.
• Strong communication, negotiation and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to coordinate and guide a team.
• Strong organizational skills, reliability, attention to detail and results orientation.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving mindset.

Nice to have:

• Experience in a similar company or in an environment with an organized sales network / B2B activity.
• Previous experience in a team coordination role.
