Performance Executive
Job Description
- Perform day-to-day activities on Google Ads, Social Media Ad Accounts and other digital advertising platforms.
- Understand clients’ needs and act upon digital marketing strategy.
- Monitor performance, suggest optimizations and achieve goals set.
- Communicate frequently with clients to evaluate results.
- Analyze campaign data on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, with ad-hoc insights as needed.
- Use research tools to develop profiles of target audiences, including insights into search behavior, online behavior and media consumption.
- Ensure agreed pacing and delivery of campaigns, as well as prompt delivery of accurate and useful performance reports to clients.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience of at least 2 years in Google Ads, Social Advertising and Google Analytics.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Ecommerce, Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics or a related field.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines across various stakeholders.
- Enthusiastic, curious and self-motivated individual with high professional standards.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proactive mindset and ownership of work.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English.
