Operator

Our company, a dynamically growing organization in the international transport and logistics sector, is seeking an experienced Operator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organizing and monitoring international road freight shipments (imports & exports)
• Coordinating with clients, carriers, and international partners
• Freight rate negotiation and cost management
• Issuing and checking transport documentation (CMR, waybills, etc.)
• Tracking shipments and handling operational issues
• Data entry and management in ERP / TMS systems

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in a similar role within a freight forwarding company
• Strong knowledge of the European transport market
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Strong organizational, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Team-oriented with a professional attitude

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of additional foreign languages
• Experience in FTL / LTL / Groupage shipments
