Optimum seeks an IT Service Desk Junior Specialist with at least 2 years of relevant experience to provide end-user IT support and assist with daily IT operations.
Experience with IT tools (e.g., ConnectWise), managing user accounts in Active Directory and supporting Microsoft M365 is required. Strong troubleshooting ,basic networking knowledge and English Fluency are essential.
