Dry Cargo Shipmanagement Company based in Piraeus is seeking to employ Forwarding Assistant to support forwarding operations and spare parts logistics for a fleet of 31 Bulk Carrier vessels.
Requirements:
The Candidate should have:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in the position of Forwarding Assistant for handling, processing and forwarding ship spares parts.
- Assist with daily forwarding operations and vessels requirements.
- Coordinate with agents, suppliers and service providers.
- Follow up on spare parts orders and deliveries.
- Support documentation, reporting and record keeping.
- Knowledge in using software modules.
- High level of knowledge in English language and PC literacy.
- High organizational, multitasking and communication skills.
