Financial Controller

Aegean Oil is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Financial Controller to join our finance team. The successful candidate will play a key role in financial reporting, budgeting, controlling, and supporting strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze financial performance and results
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning
• Oversee cost control procedures and identify optimization opportunities
• Coordinate with accounting teams, auditors, and banking institutions
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ERP systems
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills
• Good command of English
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Professionalism and strong team spirit

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree or professional certification (ACCA, CFA, CPA, etc.)
• Experience in financial analysis and management reporting
