About the Role - We are currently seeking for a high-caliber Talent Acquisition Associate to join our Human Resources Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, building robust candidate pipelines, and enhancing Ergonomia’s employer brand within the market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support hiring managers across different teams, to define core responsibilities, essential skills and team fit to develop effective job descriptions and person specifications for various job roles
  • Source candidates utilizing various channels and aligning recruitment strategies with organizational goals and market trends
  • Manage the end-to-end talent acquisition lifecycle (attraction/sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers and onboarding)
  • Manage and maintain accurate application and candidate records on our company’s ERP system
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by communicating timely and transparently with the candidates
  • Participate in Employer Branding initiatives and represent Ergonomia in career events while developing & maintaining relationships with universities, professional organizations and other relevant stakeholders to enhance organization’s reputation and visibility
  • Provide accurate and timely recruitment reports and dashboards to support decision-making
  • Seeking feedback from candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and optimize the recruitment process
  • Ensure recruitment activities comply with Ergonomia’s HR policies, employment law legislation & internal procedures

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in talent acquisition or an HR generalist role, with significant exposure to recruitment, preferably in the consulting sector
  • Organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to take ownership of recruitment tasks.
  • Strong communication skills
