General Manager

Jobistas, on behalf of a fast-growing international hospitality and wellness concept based in Corfu, is seeking a General Manager to lead and further develop a unique lifestyle destination.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic project that combines luxury villas, glamping experiences, and curated wellness events, attracting an international audience of high-end travelers and conscious community seekers.

The General Manager will play a key role in both the daily operations and the strategic development of the project. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, adaptable, and capable of managing a multi-dimensional hospitality environment while contributing to its future growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across villas, glamping facilities, and on-site services
• Manage and optimize booking systems, reservations, and payment processes
• Coordinate staff, external partners, and service providers
• Ensure high-quality guest experience aligned with the brand’s identity
• Support the planning and execution of events, retreats, and seasonal festivals
• Contribute to the development and implementation of operational structures and procedures
• Monitor budgets, reporting, and overall performance
• Collaborate closely with ownership on expansion plans and new projects

Requirements

• Proven experience in hospitality management (boutique hotels, resorts, or lifestyle concepts)
• Experience with booking engines, PMS, and payment systems
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Hands-on mentality with the ability to operate in a fast-evolving environment
• Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Experience in wellness, retreats, or international environments will be considered an asset
• Entrepreneurial mindset and problem-solving attitude
