Jobistas

Jobistas is seeking on behalf of its client, a unique hospitality and learning ecosystem in Corfu, primarily focused on meditation, yoga, nature reconnection and spiritual well-being, Food & Beverage Operations Lead to take full ownership of our F&B operations across the accommodation business, and the annual Spirit Festival of the organisation.

Food is a central part of the guests' experience. As the organisation grows, it builds high-performance systems that deliver quality at scale — with strong operational flow, healthy margins, and a team that performs consistently across the full season and through the Festival peak.

Food at the organisation reflects its approach to well-being: clean, nourishing, thoughtfully sourced, and aligned with conscious living. Plant-forward, with sustainably sourced fish and meat where appropriate. It combines high-quality ingredients with operational excellence and financial sustainability.

Responsibilities

  • Sanctuary Dining — daily food service for guests attending workshops, concerts, and community programs
  • Work closely with the Head Chef to ensure menus are aligned with quality standards and operationally executable at volume. Plant-forward, organic where possible, genuinely delicious.
  • Retreat Food Programs — structured group catering throughout the season
  • Festival F&B Operations — food and beverage systems for 2,000–3,000+ guests
  • Payment & Ordering Systems — fast, reliable, frictionless; POS setup and service flow
  • Coffee Bar & Beverage Service — coffee, teas, juices, smoothies, and snacks
  • Food Cost & Margins — purchasing, tracking, and profitability across all outlets
  • Team — build and lead a core team of 6–8 people, scaling significantly for the Festival

Ideal Background

  • 4–8+ years in food & beverage or hospitality operations
  • Experience in high-volume or event-based environments
  • Strong command of POS systems, supplier coordination, and food cost management
  • Experience in retreats, wellness hospitality, or Festival environments highly valued
  • Fluent English required; Greek is highly valuable for local coordination
  • Available to start immediately — based in Corfu for the full season (April–October minimum)

Compensation

Competitive salary with a performance-based component tied to operational efficiency, guest satisfaction, and food profitability.
