Junior Operator

Northern Suburbs, Kifisia, Tanker Company, Operations, Full-time.

We are seeking a Junior Operator to join our Ops Department. The successful candidate will support the daily operations of our fleet, ensuring accurate voyage data and smooth execution of all operational activities, while contributing to effective communication &issue resolution throughout the voyage process. Maintain and update internal systems to ensure accuracy of voyage information. Support vessel operations, including availability outside normal office hours when required. Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and efficient operations Assist in handling day-to-day problem-solving and negotiations related to voyages

Profile: Experience: 1–3 years in a similar role within the shipping industry, Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Maritime Studies, Excellent verbal & written communication skills in Greek & English Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
