We are seeking a skilled and visionary BIM Manager to lead the implementation and management of Building Information Modeling (BIM) across our projects. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in the digital transformation of our design workflows, ensuring consistency, quality, and collaboration throughout the lifecycle of projects.

The person we are looking for the position of the BIM Manager should cover the criteria below.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement BIM standards, protocols, and workflows aligned with industry best practices.
• Lead the transition to BIM across teams, providing training and ongoing support to architects, engineers, and project managers.
• Manage Revit templates, families, and content libraries to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Coordinate BIM processes across all disciplines and ensure smooth collaboration between internal and external stakeholders.
• Oversee model integrity, clash detection, and coordination processes.
• Act as the main point of contact for BIM-related issues and support during project execution.
• Evaluate and implement new BIM tools and technologies that enhance productivity and quality.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience with at least 2 years in a BIM Manager or Coordinator role.
• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks; experience with BIM 360 or similar CDE platforms.
• Solid understanding of BIM Level 2 standards (ISO 19650 series).
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with a proactive approach to change management and digital transformation.
• Experience working in multidisciplinary environments and managing complex projects.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with Dynamo, Rhino/Grasshopper, or other computational design tools.
• Familiarity with sustainability assessments and integration into BIM workflows.
• Project management certifications or experience.
