E-Learning Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled E-Learning Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining e-learning courses, as well as converting existing training materials into new e-courses format. This role also involves client communication and reporting technical support issues to our service providers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop engaging e-learning courses in line with company’s policies and existing LMS.
• Convert old training products and materials into new e-courses format, ensuring content is up-to-date and effective.
• Communicate with clients to understand their e-learning needs, provide updates, and gather feedback for course improvement.
• Collaborate with the technical support team to troubleshoot and report any issues or problems clients encounter with our e-learning products.
• Stay current with e-learning industry trends and technologies to enhance the quality of courses.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong knowledge of Articulate Storyline.
• Familiar with Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in Greek & English
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
