Junior Accountant

As we continue expanding, we are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to join our dynamic team. We are seeking a Junior Accountant to join our Finance team, with a primary focus on invoicing and billing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue customer invoices accurately and on time
• Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding invoices
• Assist in the reconciliation of client accounts and bank statements
• Maintain proper records of invoicing, receipts, and relevant documents
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve invoice discrepancies
• Support month-end and year-end closing procedures
• Assist in VAT and other tax filings in cooperation with the senior accountant
• Ensure compliance with Greek accounting regulations and company policies
• Perform other ad-hoc accounting and administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 0–2 years of accounting or invoicing experience
• Basic knowledge of Greek GAAP and tax regulations is a plus
• Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (Epsilon Net – desirable)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good command of English and Greek (written and verbal)
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
