Dry-Bulk ICT Manager

Shipping company managing a fleet of bulk carriers, is seeking to employ an ICT Manager with the following duties and qualifications:

Duties:

• Troubleshoot issues with onboard work stations,
• Handle satellite terminals etc.
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance
• Setup, maintenance/troubleshooting of hardware/software at vessels
• Design/configure/mainten network & systems.
• Provide support for the company's ERP system (troubleshooting, diagnosing, resolving issues in cooperation with the Software Vendor. Work closely with users to understand their needs and provide assistance in using the ERP system effectively).

Qualifications:

• At least 7 years Office experience
• University/Polytechnic degree in Computer science (preferably in computer networks/hardware systems)
• Ability to travel
• Fluency in written/spoken English
• Experience in system and network administration, Windows Operation System, Virtualization, networks, firewalls, Wi-Fi technologies, Microsoft 365Knowledge of Benefit and/or Danaos system will be considered an asset
