Sales Engineer

ERGOMATIC S.A., a well-established company in the field of marine electromechanical equipment and automation solutions, is seeking a Sales Engineer to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare quotations and provide relevant technical information based on customer requirements.
• Follow up on quotation acceptance and provide timely responses.
• Conduct market research to support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Visit customers in offices or on board vessels to assess needs and build relationships.
• Manage customer relationships to ensure strong, long-term collaboration.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, or Naval Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years experience in creating and managing quotations, handling inquiries and orders, and offering technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel abroad for exhibitions and international customer development.
