About the Role - We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Well-Being Services & Operations Support Associate to join our Ergo Well-Being (EWB) team.  This vital role will support the smooth running of daily operations and help deliver an outstanding client experience. The ideal candidate will provide end to end administrative, operational and commercial support, ensuring our services are delivered efficiently and partners and clients remain highly satisfied.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate daily with clients and external partners to coordinate and monitor services via phone, email, and online meetings.
• Schedule and organize departmental activities.
• Maintain departmental files, track open tasks, and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Register offers, orders, and related actions in the company’s ERP system (Soft1).
• Provide ad hoc administrative support to the EWB team.
• Assist in preparing service proposals and client agreements.
• Support client account management activities.
• Monitor open opportunities and contribute to the successful closing of deals.
• Support communication and client updates regarding services provided.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative, operational, or client-facing support role.
• BA in Business Administration, Secretarial Support, or any related field.
• Excellent communication skills in both Greek and English (written and verbal).
• Strong knowledge of MS Office.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
• Team spirit and a positive, collaborative attitude.
