Installation Manager

Therefore, on behalf of our client, we are seeking to recruit for the PSD (Platform Screen Door) project an Installation Manager.

Our client is an IT services provider, with a strong presence in smart infrastructure and digital transformation playing a key role in delivering large scale public transportation technology projects, from planning and deployment to long-term operation.

Key Responsibilities 

• Supervise and coordinate daily site operation 
• Monitor project progress and report to Project Manager 
• Maintain accurate site records and documentation (word, excel, powerpoint) 
• Ensure installation work meets safety regulation and quality standards 
• Attend interface meetings related to installation   
• Propose adequate structure installation methods based on installation locations (such as ceiling, floor, wall) and the material (SUS, steel)  
• Ability to comprehend structure load calculation reports 

Qualifications and Experience 

• Proven experience as a construction site supervisor (preferably within large-scale rail infrastructure or urban metro development projects) 
• Ability to read and interpret blueprint and technical drawings 
• Ability to verify and check if the installation has been carried out according to the installation method statement 
• Experienced in installing PSD structure parts (such as columns, beam, doors, etc.) and interfaces related to civil or construction 
• Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills 
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English, (Knowledge of Korean or Chinese shall be considered an additional asset) 
• Certification or degree in construction management or a related field is a plus
