HSSQE Manager

CINER SHIP MANAGEMENT LIMITED, located in Glyfada, is seeking an HSSQE Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will lead the department in investigating and reporting incidents, managing KPIs, conducting safety audits and risk assessments, and promoting initiatives focused on safety and environmental sustainability.

Candidates must hold a university degree in maritime studies or a Mariner diploma and have at least 5 years of relevant experience. They should demonstrate strong leadership, team management, organizational, time management, ethical, and multitasking skills. Additionally, candidates must possess knowledge of ISM, ISPS, RISQ, DryBMS, PSC, FLAG, and CLASS requirements, as well as familiarity with ERP Danaos and MS Office. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are also essential.
