Technical Support Engineer – Workshop Foreman

Job Description:

• Preparing and conducting theoretical and practical training courses.
• Setting up and supporting the Training Management System (TMS).
• Providing Technical Helpdesk support to workshops.
• Processing warranty claims according to the warranty manual and procedures.
• Supporting and handling the 24-hour Assistance Service.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• University degree in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant technical field.
• Experience in the electric vehicle sector will be considered an advantage.
• Strong communication and excellent presentation skills.
• Customer-focused, results-oriented, self-motivated, and well-organized.
• Ability to multitask and deliver results on time.
• Team player with a proactive mindset.
• Very good command of the English language.
• Proficiency in MS Office and strong IT skills
