Thalpis CRS S.A., a crew management company, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our client portfolio and promote our services to shipowners, operators, and managers worldwide.
Ideal Candidate Should Have:
- Proven experience in business development, preferably in shipping, crew management, or maritime services
- Strong industry network and understanding of maritime operations and crewing requirements
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
- Willingness to travel as required
