MAN Energy Solutions Hellas has been active in the Greek market since 1966 and we operate in Piraeus, Perama and Limassol (Cyprus). Our main areas of expertise is: Νew Sales, Αfter Sales services (Spare Parts and Technical), Data Processing, Engineering Services, PrimeServ Academy.

For our PrimeServ Academy, MAN Energy Solutions Hellas is offering an interesting position as Technical Instructor.

We can offer you the following tasks and responsabilities

• Prepare and conduct theoretical and practical training courses at PrimeServ Academy Piraeus and other training locations in Greece and abroad.
• Develop training programs, including didactic materials, questionnaires, and customer-specific learning content.
• Continuously improve training materials and methods based on customer feedback and industry advancements.
• Train and mentor other technical instructors, ensuring consistency and quality in knowledge transfer.
• Maintain and prepare Academy hardware, including electronic equipment, hand tools, and safety gear.
• Ensure the safety of training participants and uphold security standards at the Academy.
• Provide remote troubleshooting support and performance evaluation reports to customers.
• Collaborate with the Sales Department to provide technical support and enhance customer relations.
• Ensure compliance with Organization policies and uphold health and safety regulations during training sessions.

You can help us with these qualifications

• University Degree or Technological Institute Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Marine Engineering, or Automation.
• Master’s degree in Marine Engineering or Maritime Operations (preferred).
• Experience with MAN ES engines and marine systems in operational and maintenance settings.
• Good knowledge of marine engine components, ship engine room, and IMO regulations.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Fluency in English and proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience in vessel engine room operations and marine systems.
• Familiarity with engine room network systems.
• Good understanding of the shipping market
