Performance Engineer
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyse vessel performance (fuel, emissions, speed, etc.)
- Ensure data quality and generate performance insights
- Support compliance with IMO, EU ETS, EEXI, and CII regulations
- Collaborate with crews, managers, and vendors to implement efficiency solutions
- Produce reports with actionable recommendations
Requirements
- Degree in Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering, or related
- 2 years experience in maritime engineering.
- Knowledge of marine propulsion, energy efficiency, and analytics tools
- English fluency; Python skills are a plus
