Freelance / Project-Based Collaborations – STIRIXIS Group

Location: Athens (with potential collaboration across international projects)

The Role

As part of our continuous global growth, we are expanding our network of experienced freelance professionals to collaborate on a project basis.

We are looking for experts in the following fields:

• Architecture
• Interior Design
• 3D Modeling
• MEP Design
• Graphic Design
• Construction Management

You will contribute to the successful delivery of international projects, ensuring alignment with STIRIXIS Group standards, processes, and design/execution quality.

Key Responsibilities

Project Contribution & Execution

• Participate in project development and delivery based on assigned scope
• Deliver high-quality outputs aligned with project requirements and deadlines
• Ensure consistency with STIRIXIS design and execution standards

Technical & Design Expertise

• Develop and/or review design and technical documentation
• Use BIM and relevant tools (Revit) for project delivery
• Ensure technical accuracy and constructability of design solutions

Collaboration & Coordination

• Work closely with multidisciplinary internal and external teams
• Adapt to company workflows, tools, and processes
• Participate in coordination meetings when required (including on-site or in-person when needed)

Project Management Support

• Respect project timelines and delivery schedules
• Align with project milestones and execution plans
• Ensure smooth communication and responsiveness throughout project lifecycle

What We Are Looking For

Experience

• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in your field
• Strong portfolio demonstrating relevant expertise
• Proven experience in multidisciplinary and international projects

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in BIM tools (Revit is required)
• Strong understanding of design, technical detailing, and execution processes
• Experience working in structured project environments

Education & Language

• Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Design, or related field (depending on specialty)
• Excellent command of spoken and written English

Mindset

• Strong sense of responsibility and ownership
• Ability to adapt quickly to project needs (onboarding within 5 working days)
• High level of reliability in meeting deadlines
• Collaborative mindset with multidisciplinary teams
