Crew Manager

E. Nomikos Corp. a leading ship management company based in Piraeus operating a fleet of bulk carriers is seeking to employ a Crew Manager. 

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

• Minimum (3) three years of experience as a Crew Manager or equivalent senior role within a crewing department.
• Degree or higher education.
• Fluent in written and oral English.
• Knowledge of applicable industry regulations and conventions (including familiarization with Rightship’s latest rules).
• Experience and network with Greek crew, as well with Philippines, Bulgarian and Ukrainian manning agents.
• Knowledge and experience of working with tanker company crews will be considered a plus.
• Proficiency with Maritime ERP systems.
• Keen to engage and use digital tools enhancing productivity.
• Experience with policy and procedures setup.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Solution-oriented with a forward-thinking attitude.
