HR Services & Training Specialist

(1 year contract - Part time)

Job Description

• •Supporting the development of change strategies based on assessment findings.
• •Collaborating with relevant communication teams and the Change Lead, to ensure that program communication is customized for local audiences, delivered at the right time, and through appropriate channels.
• •Identifying local requirements for change and communication initiatives, including translation and adaptation of materials as necessary.
• • Organizing and facilitating local training activities and other program-related events, with a focus on adapting training materials to meet local needs.
• • Reviewing translated texts to ensure accuracy and adding localized nuances to improve overall effectiveness of communications within the change management process.

Candidate Profile

• • BSc in Business Administration or related field 
• • Preferably 1-2 years of experience in a similar position or Change Management / Marketing Communications role.
• • Fluency in English written & verbal
• • Presentation and training skills
• • Proven organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• • Eagerness to learn and a team player.
• • Workday experience would be considered as an asset
