Ergonomia SA is the leading company in the field of Prevention and Control of Occupational Safety Risk and Risk Management, aiming at the establishment of a safe and productive workplace.

Role Description

Our company is currently seeking for an experienced Commercial Manager, to lead the Sales and Marketing team.

As a pivotal member of our team, the Commercial Manager will oversee our commercial department, the customer service and sales operations, and will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth, enhancing brand presence, and ensuring exceptional customer experience.

The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated and ambitious individual that will commit himself to exceeding our customers’ expectations and actively contribute to the implementation of Ergonomia’s business strategy.

Key responsibilities

  • Implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth and profitability
  • Monitoring and responsible of tenders, offers and contracts, and project invoicing
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Provide insights and input on marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and market penetration
  • Develop strategies to maintain and improve customer experience
  • Set sales targets and monitor performance (KPI’s)
  • Work closely with all BU’s ensuring operational effectiveness
  • Responsible of Ergonomia Website

 Requirements and skillset

  • BA degree, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing or Finance
  • MBA will be considered an asset
  • Previous 2-year experience in similar position
  • Familiarity with all functions of Sales & Marketing
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language
  • Hands on experience with CRM, preferably Soft1
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
