We are seeking an experienced Commercial Director to enhance our growth initiatives by identifying new commercial opportunities and effectively managing marketing efforts. The ideal candidate possesses an entrepreneurial mindset, exceptional leadership skills, and a creative approach to strategy. The primary goal is to promote and expand the company’s commercial activity, driving revenue and ensuring sustainable growth.

Main responsibilities

• Develop and implement commercial strategies aligned with company goals to accelerate growth.
• Understand the needs of existing customers and ensure their requirements are met.
• Actively acquire new customers and manage client relationships (both new and existing).
• Build and maintain profitable partnerships with key stakeholders.
• Monitor commercial activities' performance using key metrics and prepare reports for senior management.
• Assist in setting financial targets and contribute to budget development and monitoring.

• Proven experience as a Commercial Director or in a similar relevant role.
• Demonstrated experience in sales and/or marketing and managing relationships with key clients.
• Commercial awareness combined with a strategic mindset.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• A degree in engineering or/ and previous experience in Health & Safety sector will be highly appreciated.
