Location: Athens (with potential travel to project sites in Greece & abroad)

The Role

We are looking for a Construction Manager to join our team in Athens. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and coordinating construction activities across multiple projects, ensuring successful execution in terms of cost, schedule, quality, and stakeholder alignment. You will be actively involved from design stages through construction delivery, ensuring that project intent is translated into efficient, high-quality on-site execution.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Construction Support

• Support the Head of Construction Manager in project execution
• Advise on constructability and execution feasibility during design phases

Cost, Procurement & Tendering

• Prepare and review Bills of Quantities and project budgets
• Prepare and execute tendering, procurement, contracting, sourcing, and purchasing processes
• Ensure cost control and budget alignment throughout project lifecycle

Site & Project Coordination

• Coordinate stakeholders including clients, designers, suppliers, contractors, and construction teams
• Supervise construction works on-site when required
• Monitor and control project execution in terms of cost, schedule, quality, and relationships

Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare project reports, approvals, handover documentation, and lessons learned reports
• Ensure structured communication and documentation throughout project lifecycle

What We Are Looking For

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management or a similar role
• Experience in MEP, structural, or multidisciplinary construction projects is required

Technical Skills

• Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project, and MS Office applications
• Strong understanding of construction processes, budgeting, and project execution

Education

• University degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, MEP Engineering, or related field
• Excellent command of Greek and English (written and spoken is required)
• Additional languages will be considered an asset

Other Requirements

• Ability to travel for short periods
• Driver’s license and own transportation required
