STIRIXIS Group is looking for a Team Architect.

The Team Architect should cover the criteria below. 

Responsibilities:

• Support the execution of design projects for company’s clients (concept design, predesign, design development) 
• Support the corresponding Bill of Quantities and Budgets up to the design development phase
• Collaborate with other team members (strategic consultants, graphic designers, 3d designers etc) on projects
• Collaborate with construction managers (for those projects that have one)
• Support the Chief Project Architect to adhere to project limitations (budgets, deadlines etc)  

Requirements:

• University degree/post graduate diploma
• 3-5 years of experience
• Excellent knowledge of Greek and English in both writing and speaking is a prerequisite
• Excellent knowledge AutoCAD, MS office applications
• Willingness to work based on project deadlines
• Other required skills: able to multi-task, effective under pressure, with an outgoing personality, organized and thorough.
• Additional languages, university degrees, knowledge of MS Project, 3dMax will be highly appreciated.
