Location: Athens (with potential travel to project sites in Greece & abroad)

The Role

We are looking for a Team Architect to join our Creative Department. The Team Architect will support the design and execution of international projects, working closely with multidisciplinary teams and ensuring alignment with project objectives, budgets, and timelines. You will contribute across all design phases, from concept design through design development, supporting the successful delivery of high-quality architectural solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Project Support

• Support the execution of design projects across concept design, pre-design, and design development phases
• Contribute to the preparation of Bill of Quantities and project budgets up to design development stage
• Ensure design outputs align with project requirements and client expectations

Collaboration & Coordination

• Collaborate with internal teams including strategic consultants, graphic designers, and 3D designers
• Coordinate with construction managers where applicable
• Support the Project Architect in maintaining project scope, budgets, and deadlines

Technical Contribution

• Produce and review architectural drawings using AutoCAD
• Support technical documentation and design development deliverables
• Assist in ensuring design consistency and constructability

What We Are Looking For

Experience

• 3–5 years of professional experience in architecture or related field
• Experience in design development and project execution preferred

Technical Skills

• Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office applications
• Knowledge of BIM will be considered a strong advantage

Education & Language

• University degree or postgraduate diploma in Architecture or related field
• Excellent command of Greek and English (written and spoken is mandatory)
• Additional languages will be considered an asset

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work within strict project deadlines
• Outgoing personality with strong teamwork orientation
