Location: Athens (with potential travel to project sites in Greece & abroad)

The Role

We are looking for a Project Architect who will play a key role in the Design phase of our projects — ensuring that concepts are developed into high-quality, functional, and business-driven design solutions. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and clients, managing the design process from concept to design development while maintaining alignment with project goals, timelines, and budget constraints.

Key Responsibilities

Design Development & Execution

• Execute design projects across all stages (concept design, predesign, design development)
• Translate business and strategic objectives into architectural solutions
• Ensure design quality, consistency, and alignment with company standards Client

Project & Team Collaboration

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (strategic consultants, graphic designers, 3 designers, engineers)
• Manage team members and resources to ensure alignment with project deliverables and deadlines
• Coordinate with Construction Managers where applicable
• Support the Client Service Manager in maintaining alignment with timelines and cost parameters

Communication & Presentation

• Present design proposals and concepts to clients
• Maintain clear and professional communication throughout the project lifecycle
• Incorporate client feedback into the design process effectively

Technical Coordination

• Prepare and review drawings, layouts, and technical documentation
• Develop Bill of Quantities (BoQs) and preliminary budgets up to design development phase
• Ensure feasibility and constructability of design solutions

Supervision & Follow-up

• Supervise project implementation as the design author when required
• Ensure design intent is maintained during execution phases

Collaboration

You will work directly with:

• Project Manager
• Design team (architects, designers, consultants)
• Construction Managers
• External partners and clients

What We Are Looking For

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Experience in building projects (retail, hospitality, workplaces preferred)
• Experience working in fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments

Technical Skills

• Strong design and architectural thinking
• Ability to develop concepts into detailed design solutions
• Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office
• Familiarity with budgeting and BoQs
• Knowledge of BIM or additional tools will be considered a plus

Education

• Degree in Architecture or related field (postgraduate degree is a plus)
• Fluent in Greek and English, both written and spoken
