Description

As a member of the sales team, the Account will be responsible for attracting new customers and the development of the company's existing customer base, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction and optimal communication of Health & Safety values ​​in all organizations.

The Account Manager is the point of reference for our customers and establishes the connection between their needs and the operational departments of the company for the implementation and coordination of the services needed after sales. His direct responsibility is to generate revenue for the company along with the optimal application of the commercial policy and overall strategy according to the current business plan. Account Manager’s further proofs of effectiveness also include the high level of investigation of the customers’ needs, the proper internal alignment with the Operations and Finance Divisions for the successful after sales planning, the relationship establishment for the retention and loyalty of the customers and the overall creative involvement in the commercial initiatives and GEP’s development.

Main responsibilities

  • Leads conversion- cross selling-upselling
  • Customer needs investigation and sales cycle monitoring
  • Designing solutions to meet customer needs in collaboration with Operations department
  • Revenue growth
  • Ensuring profitability

  • Presenting solutions to customers
  • Implementation of the commercial policy
  • Monitoring pipeline

  • Involvement in commercial campaigns
  • Participation in tender procedures / RFP’s

Candidate Profile

Education / Knowledge

  • Desired postgraduate degree in Engineering or Financial field
  • Excellent knowledge of sales & trading techniques
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (word, excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent knowledge of English

Experience

  • 3-7 years of professional experience in similar sales positions
  • Proven experience of B2B professional services sales
