Indirect Account Manager (entry level)

The Indirect Sales Account Manager will be responsible for developing, overseeing, and executing a channel partner strategy for TEM. This includes recruiting and managing a channel of Sales Partners, in support of an existing sales partner program.

The ideal candidate will be expected to have industry knowledge and contacts to create an immediate impact in channel partner’s development.

You will work closely with the management team and in full partnership with the existing sales and marketing personnel to consistently meet and exceed TEM goals.

Job Description

  • Extend indirect sales network of TEM, by recruiting new Sales Partners (contact centers, b2b/b2c direct sales teams).
  • Manage Sales Partners as profit centers by adding value to their business with a partnership and process driven approach by creating cross-functional business linkages with them, and by making them considering TEM as their preferred business partner.
  • Monitor and achieve sales partners’ targets for both new and existing partners and be accountable for the overall team performance. Financial performance indicators: Volume, Revenue, Gross Margin. Sales Productivity. Performance indicators: New Sales Partners, Target Delivered, Indirect Channel Efficiency, Revenue and Gross Margin per Sale Partner.
  • Ensure that Marketing plan and TEM strategy are converted into goals, objectives and planned activities among the Sales Partners.
  • Provide Sales Support by visiting Sales Partners and by engaging all functions in TEM, that could help in delivering sales partners target results.
  • Act as business consultant to efficiently manage relations with the Sales Partners and to audit/improve financial performance ratios.
  • Deliver agreed marketing programs to increase the value to TEM and Sales Partners through a range of cross-sell, up-sell and new-sell activities.
  • Ensure that each Sale Partner agrees to and achieves a stretch business plan, with a special focus on productivity and performance. Link business plans to external alignment and shared vision. Review and identify sales partner capabilities and develop actions on gap closure.
  • Check performance of Sales Partners for network sustainability and loyalty and risk control efficiency.

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:

  • Channel Management Experience
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to manage sales pipeline with multiple partners
  • Good Knowledge and network in the Contact Centers markets highly desired.
  • Strong Analytical Skills
  • Sales Experience
