We are now seeking the following role within our organization.
E-commerce Administrator
for our office in Nea Erythraia
Key Tasks & Responsibilities
- Order invoicing
- Invoice registration & reconciliation
- Supporting with the processing of documenting expenses and keeping accounting records
- Uploading new products onto different platforms & updating their prices and i images according to platform needs
- Handling the different systems used by various platforms
- Collaborating with carriers to coordinate pick-up and delivery and to monitor delivery dates
- Participating in the preparation of orders
- Handling import & export processes and paperwork
- Preparing monthly reports and detailed records of imports, exports and returns
- Assisting with general administration including answering emails and calls, processing paperwork
Candidate’s profile:
- BSc Degree in Business Administration / Accounting / Finance / Marketing
- 2 years of relevant working experience
- Excellent MS Office knowledge, Especially MS Excel
- Fluent in both spoken and written English and Greek
- Experience with “shopify” will be considered an asset
- Good numeracy skills
- Attention to detail
- Flexible attitude and strong desire to function as part of a team
- Positive attitude and work ethics
