Location: Athens (with potential travel to project sites in Greece & abroad)

The Role

We are looking for an Interior Designer to join our team in Athens. In this role, you will work directly with the Project Manager, supporting the execution of interior design projects for international clients. You will be actively involved in the design process from concept design through design development, ensuring that creative ideas are translated into accurate, functional, and visually compelling outputs.

Key Responsibilities

Interior Design Execution

• Support the execution of interior design projects across concept design, pre-design, and design development phases
• Develop interior design solutions aligned with project requirements and client expectations
• Contribute to design development documentation and deliverables

Project Support & Coordination

• Support the preparation of Bill of Quantities and project budgets up to design development phase
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including strategic consultants, graphic designers, and construction managers
• Support the Team Leader in maintaining project budgets, timelines, and deliverables

What We Are Looking For

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Interior Design
• Experience in commercial or international projects is considered an advantage

Technical Skills

• Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Enscape
• Strong skills in Photoshop for rendering and post-production
• Good understanding of design development and documentation processes

Education

• University degree in Interior Design or related field
• Excellent command of Greek and English (written and spoken is required)
• Additional languages will be considered an asset
