The person we are looking should cover the criteria below.

General mission

Support Head of Marketing & Growth in developing and executing marketing and communication plans for all company’s and clients’ brands

Responsibilities

  • Develop marketing and communication plan for all company’s and clients’ brands
  • Participate in strategy setting projects of both clients and STIRIXIS
  • Conduct ongoing market trend and competition analysis
  • Compose and post content and imagery upon approval on the company’s website and social media accounts
  • Create and improve the company’s presence in social media aiming at increasing conversion goals and lead generation
  • Monitor and measure the performance of online campaigns, using google analytics and other measurement tools, always based on yearly marketing budget
  • Write marketing literature (brochures, press releases, case studies, presentations etc) to augment the company’s presence in the market
  • Support in the organization of all events, press conferences and trade exhibitions
  • Design, run and monitor all e-mail campaigns  (newsletters etc) regarding content and set up 
  • Set up the company’s annual A&P budget and upon approval monitor the annual marketing expenses vs budget – keep updated files and conduct monthly reporting
  • Perform department’s reporting
  • Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital marketing, business, or related field
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, mailchimp or similar, survey monkey or similar , hootsuite or similar, wordpress or similar
  • Excellent knowledge of all social media platforms and their metrics
  • Approximately 2 years of experience in a similar position
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek & English
  • A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication
  • Up to date with the latest practices in online marketing and platforms 
  • Demonstrable ability to multi-task, ability for time management and critical thought
  • Well-organized with a goal-oriented approach
  • Self motivated, agile and eager to learn and demonstrate willingness to take more responsibilities
  • Knowledge of graphic design programs (photoshop, adobe illustrator) will be appreciated
