Description

On behalf of our client, we're looking for a technical support agent to join the dynamic and diverse team.

The successful candidate for this role will have a strong command of the company’s customer service policies, while offering quick and accurate assistance to customers.

What you will need to do as a technical support

  • Act as the first point of contact for all the German-speaking customers
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries
  • Processing orders, forms, applications & requests
  • Communicating & coordinating with colleagues as necessary
  • Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • resolve 90% of all cases

Requirements

What we’re searching for the Technical support agent:

  • Near-Native German Speaker
  • B2 level English skills
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Problem solving mindset
  • Technical knowledge and experience.
