Middle Office Services S.A. established in compliance with Bank of Greece Executive Committee’s Act 178/2.10.2020 (as currently in force) and places particular emphasis on the effective management and monitoring of the Wholesale Portfolios, with a view to (i) comply with its clients’ (Servicers, Banks) requirements and (ii) deliver an excellent customer experience based on great service and long-term relationships.
In that respect Middle Office Services S.A. (hereinafter “Middle Office”) focus through the outsourcing to assist its clients with the specialization of the relevant activities, the minimization of the operational risk and in parallel reducing the operational cost.
Key Activities
- Management and monitoring of all activities relating to the Wholesale loan servicing, such as new loan facilities contractual implementation, debt solution agreement preparation, covenants’ negotiation, payment plan monitoring, collateral monitoring and collateral related activities undertaking, the legalization documents’ review, etc.
- Coordinating the effective cooperation with the external 3rd parties (e.g. law firms, bailiffs, etc.), by supervising that the necessary information/ documents are timely provided and ensuring alignment and adherence to performance standards.
- In charge of monitoring the debtor’s compliance with the agreed covenants, as well as the collateral’s status.
- Preparation and participation in the negotiation with the debtor the business terms of the loan facility agreement and coordination its signing
