A reputable tanker management company based in Glyfada is seeking an experienced and highly motivated HSQE Manager / DPA / CSO to join its shore-based management team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the effective implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Company’s Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental Management Systems, ensuring full compliance with international maritime regulations, industry standards, and best practices.
Key Requirements
- University degree in Maritime Studies, Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, or a related field
- Sea-going experience as Master Mariner or Chief Engineer will be considered a strong advantage
- Minimum 5–8 years of relevant HSQE experience within the shipping industry
- Excellent knowledge of the ISM Code, ISPS Code, MLC, and applicable IMO regulations
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to perform effectively in a dynamic and demanding environment
