Tankers Owning Company, located in Athens southern suburbs is seeking for Candidates who as minimum meets the following criteria:
- Follow-up Company’s Management System requirements concerning new rules and regulations, revisions MOC and implementation;
- Monitor Company's departments / Vessels’ compliance with Company’s SMS procedures and presenting the Company for DOC/SMC/MLC certification;
- Familiar with audits and inspection platforms (SIRE, RightShip, Flag, PSC, etc.,) and prepare responses to the observation/deficiencies in cooperation with the Marine department;
- Reply to the vessels weekly and monthly HSQ committee meetings and other SMS reporting requirements;
- Following-up and analyzing near miss, occurrences, and incidents to coordinate company's preventive actions;
- Maintaining and improving Company’s TMSA and KPIs.
