SEA TRADERS S.A. a well-established Shipping Company operating a fleet of Bulk Carriers, is seeking to employ a Chartering/ Post Fixture Assistant.
The scope of this position is to assist Chartering Brokers with day-to-day duties.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting in voyage calculation
- Checking Charter Parties
- Assisting in post fixture and freight collection (freight/ demurrage claims and outstanding disbursements)
- Filing & Record keeping of fixtures
- Monitoring and updating position list
Minimum qualifications:
- University degree
- Working experience in the dry bulk shipping sector will be highly preferred
- Proficient in English
- Very good computer skills
- Excellent communication skills
