Customer Support Specialist (Hybrid) (Maroussi)



Job Description
• Serves customers in inbound and outbound contacts by phone and through other 
  touchpoints (Live Chat, emails, What’s App, Social media)
• Creates customer retention and sales opportunities


Candidate Profile
• Minimum one (1) year of experience in Customer service / Sales
• Fluency in  English 
• Excellent tone of voice: orally and written, exceptional manners and vocabulary
• Multitasking abilities, being able to work with different digital tools
• Knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft office package (word, excel)
• Proactive cooperation, initiative, results focus
