Atlas, a company of Adecco Group of Greece, of the company 360 Connect, a subsidiary of the Vodafone Greece, is currently seeking a dynamic and flexible professional to cover the following position:

Quality Control Coordinator

Job Description  
•  Deliver immediate assistance to contact center agents who are dealing with customers, guiding them in the identification and communication of pertinent information.
•  Act as the primary contact point among Operations, the Business Workflow Team, and the Content Team to identify and communicating improvements or additions to the Information Portal aimed at enhancing the effectiveness of contact center agents during calls and chats.
• Utilize the call and chat recording system to assemble and monitor performance data at both the team and individual levels.
• Conduct sessions to calibrate calls and chats for contact center agents, providing valuable feedback to supervisors and team leaders.
• Execute other assigned duties related to the proficient handling of calls and chats, including service requests, ticket management, and activity control.
•Monitor negative t-NPS evaluations from customers, with a particular focus on dissatisfied customers. Propose and define strategies to reduce these negative evaluations.


Candidate Profile
•  Bachelor’s degree
•  At least 1+ years of experience in quality analysis
•  Solid computer skills, especially MS Excel
•  Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Greek and English language
•  Exceptional presentation skills 
•  Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
•  Customer oriented, patient and positive attitude
