We are looking for an ambitious, energetic and digital-savvy Marketing & Communications Assistant to propel our digital footprint and amplify our brand across various online platforms. This role is ideal for a candidate who thrives in the digital environment and is passionate about leveraging technology to drive marketing success.

Main activities and responsibilities:

  • Spearhead digital marketing initiatives, including campaign setup, monitoring, and impact analysis across all digital channels.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to craft and implement cohesive marketing strategies (conception & implementation)
  • Design and produce compelling digital promotional materials.
  • Write engaging marketing copy for products, services, and communications.
  • Manage newsletter distribution and analyze engagement metrics.
  • Contribute to company events organization (sponsorships, forums, joint customer events, internal & press), enhancing our digital presence and fostering community engagement.
  • Conduct competitive digital analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Partner with creative agencies to develop top-notch promotional content.
  • Oversee marketing budget
  • Work cross-functionally to gather and interpret sales data for strategic planning.
  • Maintain and optimize our website, ensuring top SEO performance and user engagement (feeding|updating|monitoring)

Requirements

Knowledge and education:

  • Competency on digital marketing platforms and a solid grasp of traditional marketing tools
  • Fluent in English skills with robust IT skills, including the MS Office suite
  • Expertise in digital analytics tools marketing tools and Google Adwords
  • Proficient in graphic design software, such us Adobe Photoshop or other graphic designing tools, e.g Canva
  • Exceptional time management and organizational abilities
  • A BSc degree in Marketing or related field is highly desirable

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a digital marketing role
  • Demonstrated success as a Marketing Coordinator or similar position
  • Proven track record with SEO/SEM and data analytics tools

Interpersonal skills:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong organizational skills with a knack for meeting deadlines
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Accuracy and meticulous attention to detail
