Atlas, a company of Adecco Group of Greece, on behalf of a multinational client, is looking for one person to staff the following position:
Social media assistant
Job description
- Engage with the audience and schedule posts across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok & YouTube)
- Respond promptly to comments and inquiries to foster a positive and engaging community atmosphere
- Monitor trends and discussions within the marketing team to identify opportunities for engagement and content creation
- Capture and share behind-the-scenes content to provide followers with an immersive event experience
- Write creative and engaging copy for social media posts and captions
- Assist in the development and maintenance of a social media content calendar
- Stay up-to-date with platform updates and changes to maximize engagement
- Analyze social media metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Candidate profile:
- University degree in Marketing will be appreciated
- Excellent command of Greek and English languages (spoken & written)
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, and best practices
- Familiarity with social media platforms, analytics tools and reporting
- Experience with video editing for creating and editing content for platforms is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Creative thinking and a passion for staying current with social media trends and best practices, in order to generate innovative ideas and solutions
