The Role

Flying Tiger Copenhagen is seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our team as a Sales/Warehouse Assistant. This role will primarily involve supporting both the sales floor and warehouse operations to ensure smooth and efficient store functioning.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused, with a strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.

Must be fully flexible and available to work Monday through to Sunday working a variety of shift patterns ranging from early start to support delivery to starting later to support closing the store.

What are your Responsibilities?

• Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
• Assist customers with product inquiries, locating items, and making purchase decisions.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, including product displays and signage.
• Restock merchandise on shelves and racks to ensure adequate inventory levels.
• Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed.
• Operate cash registers and process transactions accurately.
• Promote sales and special offers to customers to drive revenue.
• Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments of merchandise.
• Verify accuracy of shipments and report any discrepancies to management.
• Label, sort, and store merchandise in designated warehouse locations.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve store goals and objectives.
• Communicate effectively with sales associates, shift supervisors, and store management.
• Assist colleagues with tasks as needed to ensure efficient store operations.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required.

What we are looking for:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous retail or warehouse experience preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory and transactions.
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with cash registers and POS systems.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
