Sales Support Administrator
A Sales support administrator specializes in providing support to the Commercial Dpt (Sales and Customer Service).
Main Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and follow up on leads.
- Advancing quote or direct customer calls or emails to the relevant sales professionals
- Customer relationship management (CRM) system for keeping it up to date.
- Ensure preparation of the paperwork (handover) and commence internal communications relating to the sales order. Monitor that the payment amounts are correct and that the onboarding procedures progresses smoothly.
- Coordinate with Inhouse Team, Agents WW, and Project Managers – for timely project execution and ensure proper arrangements during all different phases (from contract to billing)
- Reports and presentations of sales data to Commercial Dpt & Management
- Handling of after-sales support & coordination such as sending thank-you notes, answering customer queries or directing clients to the onboarding support they need.
- Conventional administrative activities for the sales department.
Requirements:
- An associate’s or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or a related field preferred.
- Relevant experience in sales support administration, or similar.
- Experience with sales industry software like salesforce and client relationship management (CRM) systems.
- In-depth knowledge of administrative recordkeeping practices.
- Familiarity with sales contracts and agreements.
- Proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as customer service skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a proactive approach toward problem-solving.
